Oh what a terrible week for weight loss!
Since I started school & I had a mini vacation this week I had absolutely no time to get things done !
Monday I did abs TuesdaY-Thursday I did nothing ! Friday I did Abs & today when I get home ( currently in Wylie TX) I plan to do cardio because I need some cardio in my life !
Maybe Sunday I can be amazing & crank out the plyometrics & cardio recovery .
I would like go bland school, work,& busy friends for messing up my week 4 !
