Focus T 25



There are a couple bloggers who started T 25 January 1. And after watching a 30 min informerical I decided i wanted to try it also.

Shaun T the fitness genius has done it again with making a great workout. T 25 is 25 minutes plus an optional 2:25 for cool down. Tonya ( you know you know who she is) does ALL of the moves modified.  For 28 minutes i burn about 300 calories. And i feel accomplished after I'm done.
