But we will talk about that later ! So for my workouts I will be doing Zumba, Couch 2 5k and Focus T25.
I tried Couch 2 5k about 2 years ago. A friend and I were waking up at 545 and running in my neighborhood . But she was wayyy more into it than I was . So I started making up excuses so I didn't have to run ( I know I know I'm horrible)
But since being involved in the blog world I really want to try again. Just about everyone who runs seems to enjoy it . Plus you get to register for races and get t shirts, lanyards, and that race number with your name on it ! ( I'm a sucker for anything with my name on it)
I'm 2 days in and according to my app I have 25 more days to go . I'm feeling good and I think I am going to knock this out !( apparently this is my new phrase)
