I think this is from the first time JMN & I went to visit Jasmine in New Orleans.

This place was so good I cant even put it in words. Yall know I love cheese.  But for some reason this place is on the tip top of my amazingness meter. I even slacked my co friends ( yes co workers./ friends) a picture of my sandwich because I was so in love with it. 

MOOYAH: September 2016

While the Chubbs and I were in Metarie/ New Orleans we tried to eat at places weve never been before. On Verterans theres a restaurant named MOOYAH. I love the name.

The booths had outlets to charge your phone or plug in a laptop!

I know I shouldn't be so excited about this but how freaking considerate. You know most places offer wifi but don't have enough plugs so you can actuall sit and do work or homework.

My burger was amazing ! The fries were  good too. But I got a little aggressive with the salt/ garlic shaker and it dumped out on my burger. So I had a WELL seasoned burger.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was pretty cool too. I cant wait to come back!

Honor Society : Day 2

Day 2 - Swamp tour! Feeding alligators- WII museum- IMAX theater where I took a much needed nap-and riding a street car!

  

 

 

Honor Society : UNO Dias- May 2015

I had the honor of going to New Orleans in May with my genius neice Taijah on the Honor Society trip. Her mother was in Dallas with Madison on a trip and JMN was at Disney World for a Beta Club trip! This trip was none stop. We left at about 5 am. We didn't stop until Hammond at Subway. Yes that's a long time!

 When we got to the zoo I took my hair down and noticed I had blue hair!

I'm pretty sure I was the coolest chaperon there was. I had my niece and two other girls. After the Zoo we went to downtown New Orleans. Apparently I have never been to Downtown New Orleans in the day light or sober so I felt like I had never seen it before. But that smell never goes away. We were able to go to a jazz concert. Just the Honor Society. The gentleman who played were very good job and have earned some serious awards.

 Then the mall!

 There was some type of white party going on. it was beautiful.

We stayed at the Clarion. I think.... I thought watching these girls would be easy but boy did that change.
