Fossil

I have loved purses from the beginning of time . I think I began bringing a purse to school around the 3rd/4th grade. I didn't have anything remotely important in it but maybe some Chapstick, pencils, gel pens, and a notebook.
When I got older I started sneaking my ggs purses to school because they were  bigger and I thought they were fancy. Turns out 60 year old fancy and teenage fancy are 2 different things. Ha

So purses have always been my thing. Not that I really treated them well or bought anything name brand. When I was in high school the fake designer label bags were IN. When I went to  Seattle in the summer I would come back with a couple from school . It was just cool then.( okay it wasn't cool but everyone did it)
From walmart to Mervyns to Target and now I have finally graduated to Fossil.

This is from a couple months ago, JMN and I were in Dillard's looking at the Polo section ( side eye) and stopped by to check out what was happening in the purse section. ( absolutely nothing) but I took this opportunity to pose.  ( Current fossil not fully pictured)

A couple weeks ago my friend Chels and I were out shopping and decided to stop at Dillard's. Boy did we hit the jack pot!
I love wallets but lady wallets seem to be too compact and I have a lot of crap. The 3 wallets in the back were catching my eye. the maroon wallet on the right has a teal inside which is a bit much but hey, you never know when I might feel sassy and need it.
Now all 3 of these bags need a new home . But ESPECIALLY this Maroon and black very vintage, very mammaw chic, very city let me hail a cab type bag. Unfortunately this bag is $138, and that is not in my budget. However I did make friends with the associate in the purse section and she told me when I should call and check for a sale. ALSO there is a matching wallet in the picture above.

This pretty would be great for a concert or a club ( I cant even tell you the last time I went out to a club - sigh)

I named this bag Bertha . Bertha will carry everything in life that I need. AND there's a matching wallet WOOT!

After bringing my honey bunny to take a pit stop at the mall so he could see the amazing bags I found he convinced me that A- I own a lot of purses already- B- that I know the current prices of these purses were really too expensive. Especially all at once.  So since I couldn't go home with these beautiful treasures, I had to take picture just in case they aren't here when I come back.  ( Check out that fro)

Shout out to ANNA for my Salt and Pepper faux Céline from a year or so again.

  That's a good looking bag!

Yall thought I left the mall empty handed ? HA Bertha and mini B have made it home and are adjusting well to their new atmosphere. JMN wasn't going to get away without buying me at least one of those amazing creations.

Being the frugal Francis that I am I very rarely spend " big bucks" on my Fossil. Thank goodness there is an outlet about 2 hours away and I visit it and all of the other surrounding Fossils a couple times a year.
