So I wanted to let you guys know how my whole fitness part of my life is going.
T25 isn't really going anywhere... I think I was trying to do too many things at once and since work is so hectic right now if I get in one workout 5 times a week I will be a happy camper.
BUT
Zumba and Couch to 5k is going GREAT
Monday and Tuesday I am going to Zumba at the Clarion
and Wed- Fri I am running on the treadmill.

The bottom two pics are of me in my bright__ living room. I promise I have more than one sports bra. it just seems to always be available the moment I'm going to run lol.

So I have these amazing headphones that is blocking out all of the outside noise and my puppy Noella . I thought why not put her on her lease and take her for a walk/run.
Let me tell you I will NEVER do that again. For the people who know Noella knows she is a little terrorist!
We get to walking and she is just excited she doesn't want to stay on the side of the road away from traffic ( if there was any in my neighborhood) Then she wanted to stop and sniff every patch of grass. ( she's a dog I know.. but still). So I start to running and I notice that I am dragging Noella. I stopped and she did a full roll and tuck.
I press forward and started having some app malfunctions. I have Nike app running bc the C25k app doesn't track my mileage correctly. I had my music going on my C25K app and for some reason I could not heard the prompts to run or walk.
Noella stops again and she is squatting to take a POOP in one of my neighbors yard. Im like OH NO MAAM. I'm pulling her so she would stop and she was not having it. She wanted to poop all over their yard. So I pick it her and a HUGEE Green turd is flung into the street
I just broke out into a run so I could get away from anyone who might have watch this happening.
I took Noella home and got on the treadmill and started over. I am obv not ready to do anything outside. But after walking a mile and coming in and doing my 30 min workout on the treadmill I was dripping in sweat and SOOOO fricking tired.
How is everyone elses workouts going? Are yall having problems keeping your eating under control? If not please tell me your secrets !!!!
