IG & FB


It is safe to say that I am addicted to IG. I realized 2 years ago that it was not safe for me to be on FB. So I go in and out of using it. My main reasons now for using it is Crossfit and looking at previews when I get pictures made.

I am a creeper . Let me expand that ! I enjoy learning . I enjoy absorbing any and all information that surrounds me . FB & IG is not healthy for a person like me because there is so much out there. I could spend hours researching people.

I noticed there was a problem after I fought my sleep one morning just so I could look at what happened the night b4. One eye closed squinting at a bright white light . ( no  bueno )   
Also I noticed that I  am starting to seek others approval. There are a certain amount of likes I want to obtain on each picture and if I don't it makes me feel like I'm   not good enough . Who needs to feel that way from 200 ppl ? Not I !
So I have decided to take a new look on IG and FB. I will only be viewing twice a day .  I think it will be healthier for me to let there be some distance Btw me and my followers .
